Real estate appraisal info in Canada?
I am in need of some info for real estate appraisal in Canada. I have just finished a University course but now need to know what the best software is for filling out the residential reports, how to get listing info (is it only through mls) I am just starting out and any information would be much appreciated.
I would suggest to contact a local appraiser in your city and talk to them. They have programs they use to do all the work but I’m not sure if you can just buy them or if you have to be a member of the Appraiser’s network.
You can also talk to a real estate agent to give you some information.
Perhaps even contact the Main governing body that would do accreditation of appraisers. Search online and it should give you some answers
