If I want to buy a home an investment in PA and I live in NY, what is the best way to do things in preparation?

I live in New York. I will state purchase of investment properties. I have a S-Corp for my Internet marketing business. If I, as a new company or another company measures Prosecutors in the case, I also want to invest elsewhere? Is it useful to form a new company?

I probably form a new company, an LLC, but for reasons of liability for tax reasons. To set up the company and fund themselves. Then the company buys the properties (either in cash means that you given, or to obtain through a mortgage, you personally have not yet signed). Later, when someone complains that any are always suing the LLC and personal property can not be attached to the application (but you're still on the hook for the mortgage). Make sure all separate personal and Fund LLC – the conclusion SMAT a lawyer if not, say, and the LLC were one and the same entity and therefore your personal assets are to attach to the dispute. There is no real tax advantages of an LLC (but many tax benefits in general and capital goods).
