I've always been interested in real estate. I'm 25 and I'm really considereing my first steps on an investment property. I think a condo would be to start a nice way. I do not condominiums, so much potential for profit than to offer a house, but they are usually cheaper and seems to be the reliable source back when you can rent one on. I'm in Orlando, Miami and Las Vegas interested in as potential areas. I would prefer that people know your real estate loan is difficult, because the lenders prefer home ownership lived on the tenant. Why not in your first acquisition, may live a duplex? This way you get the best of both worlds. Duplex and have great resale value. Whatever you do, do the math CAREFULLY. Condos have added a monthly fee that must be considered, and property taxes and maintenance.
